**Tax Manager / Senior Tax Manager, Lancaster County, PA**
Pay: $115,000 – $155,000 per year
Want to lead a tax practice where you know your clients by name and your work is visible? A well-established, locally owned CPA firm in Lancaster County is adding a Tax Manager or Senior Tax Manager, depending on experience. The firm has a strong, healthy client base, mostly individuals and small businesses across a wide range of industries.
What you'll do:
- Review individual and small business returns, and prepare the more complex ones
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on planning, compliance, and day-to-day tax questions
- Manage, mentor, and develop prep and review staff
- Keep engagements on track and work closely with firm leadership
What you bring:
- CPA preferred (EAs are welcome to apply)
- Experience managing and mentoring staff, with both prep and review
- Confidence working directly with clients
- A collaborative, team-first approach
