Location: Greater Philadelphia area, PA (city and suburbs; hybrid)
Compensation: $120,000 - $165,000, depending on experience

About the Opportunity

A well-established regional CPA and advisory firm in the Greater Philadelphia area is looking for an experienced Tax Manager to lead client relationships and grow with its tax practice. You'll own a portfolio of closely held businesses and high-net-worth clients, lead engagement teams, and have a clear path to Senior Manager and beyond.

What You'll Do

• Manage a portfolio of business and individual clients from planning through filing
• Review complex individual, partnership, S corporation, C corporation, and fiduciary returns
• Lead tax planning, projections, and research for owners and their businesses
• Represent clients before federal, state, and local taxing authorities
• Manage engagement budgets, billing, and workflow
• Train, develop, and mentor seniors and staff
• Build client relationships and support business development
• Collaborate with audit and advisory colleagues to serve clients

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; Master's in Taxation a plus
• 6+ years of tax experience in public accounting
• Active CPA or EA license (required)
• Strong technical knowledge of pass-through, corporate, and individual taxation
• Experience reviewing returns and leading teams
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• An entrepreneurial, growth-minded approach
