Location: Greater Philadelphia area, PA (city and suburbs; hybrid)
Compensation: $115,000 - $155,000, depending on experience

About the Opportunity

A well-established regional CPA and advisory firm in the Greater Philadelphia area is looking for an experienced Audit Manager to lead assurance engagements and client relationships. You'll join a collaborative culture, manage a varied portfolio of clients, and have a clear path to Senior Manager and beyond.

What You'll Do

• Manage audit, review, and compilation engagements from planning through completion
• Review workpapers, financial statements, and disclosures
• Research and resolve technical accounting and auditing issues
• Present findings and recommendations to client management and boards
• Manage engagement budgets, billing, and staffing
• Lead, train, and mentor seniors and staff
• Develop client relationships and support business development

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 6+ years of audit experience in public accounting
• Active CPA license (required)
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and GAAS
• Experience with private company or nonprofit audits a plus
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• A passion for coaching and developing others
