Develop and lead the commercial HVAC service department
Drive service sales and consistently meet revenue goals
Manage and mentor HVAC technicians to ensure top‑quality work
Build strong client relationships to support repeat business
Oversee scheduling, dispatching, and quality control
Proven HVAC Service/Sales Manager experience
Strong commercial HVAC knowledge
Demonstrated ability to grow service revenue
Effective leadership and communication skills
