Corporate Attorney: Hybrid Flexibility in King of Prussia's Business Market

Our client, a well-respected firm serving the King of Prussia and greater Philadelphia suburban market, is seeking a Corporate Attorney with 4+ years of experience to join its transactional team.

This is a hybrid role. You will collaborate in the King of Prussia office several days a week while enjoying the flexibility to draft and close deals remotely, working directly with business owners and growing companies.

What You'll Do

• Advise clients on entity formation, governance, and commercial contracts
• Support mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents and operating agreements
• Counsel clients on business succession and day-to-day corporate matters
• Build lasting relationships with clients and their advisors

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active member of the Pennsylvania Bar in good standing
• 4+ years of corporate or transactional experience
• Strong drafting, organizational, and communication skills
• Comfort working hybrid with regular in-office collaboration
• A client-first, team-oriented approach
