Business Litigation Attorney: Hands-On Commercial Disputes in King of Prussia

Our client, a respected suburban Philadelphia firm, is seeking a Business Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of experience for its King of Prussia office. The group represents closely held businesses, professionals, and individuals in contract, shareholder, and commercial disputes across the Pennsylvania suburbs.

This is an in-office role in King of Prussia, offering close collaboration with partners and early courtroom responsibility.

What You'll Do

• Litigate business and commercial disputes in state and federal court
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and briefs
• Take and defend depositions and attend hearings and mediations
• Advise clients on litigation risk and practical business outcomes
• Work with partners on case strategy and client service

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active member of the Pennsylvania Bar in good standing
• 3+ years of business or commercial litigation experience
• Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills
• Desire for early responsibility and courtroom exposure
• Commitment to working in office with the team
