Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinic-based behavioral services to children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental needs. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a collaborative, supportive environment focused on evidence-based treatment and positive client outcomes.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, standard daytime hours

Status: Exempt

Compensation

Salary Range: $50,000 - $115,000 annually, based on experience, credentials, and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral and developmental assessments, including functional behavior assessments and skill-based evaluations
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans based on assessment findings and client needs
  • Monitor client progress through ongoing data collection and analysis, making treatment modifications as appropriate
  • Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other clinical staff
  • Ensure treatment integrity and adherence to ethical and professional standards
  • Facilitate caregiver training to promote skill generalization and successful implementation of behavioral strategies across settings
  • Collaborate with families, multidisciplinary providers, educators, and community partners to ensure continuity of care
  • Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, treatment plans, and clinical reports
  • Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development activities

Qualifications

Required

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), BCBA-D, or BCaBA certification in good standing
  • Eligibility for state licensure where applicable
  • Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and evidence-based intervention strategies
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
