Commercial Insurance Marketing Director

This highly visible role partners closely with Producers and Account Executives to lead marketing strategy, strengthen carrier relationships, and deliver exceptional client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead placement and marketing strategy for new and renewal business.
  • Negotiate premiums, coverages, terms, and conditions with insurance carriers.
  • Identify optimal markets and secure competitive solutions for complex risks.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with carrier underwriters and marketing teams.
  • Prepare and market submissions, analyze coverage options, and develop proposals.
  • Consult with Producers on market selection, coverage structure, pricing, and placement strategy.
  • Assist with pre-underwriting, coverage analysis, presentations, and binding coverage.
  • Monitor carrier trends and market opportunities to support growth and retention goals.
