Position Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited school of architecture
• Create functional, safe, and aesthetic indoor spaces by planning layouts, selecting materials, and managing project installations
• Produce design sketches, blueprints, and 3D models using CAD software
• Oversee contractors, and source furniture and finishes
• Strong understanding of color, lighting, spatial planning, and materials
• Design, construction documents, project management
• Skilled with AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D modeling, etc
