Southwestern New Jersey | Frozen Food Manufacturing

A growing frozen bakery manufacturer in Southwestern New Jersey is looking to add a Plant Supervisor to their leadership team.

This is a highly visible role overseeing 50–70 direct reports. The company is seeking a hands-on leader who can drive production, accountability, and performance in a fast-paced frozen food manufacturing environment.

🎯 What They’re Looking For
• Food manufacturing leadership experience
• Bakery, dairy, or frozen foods background preferred
• Experience leading large production teams
• Strong floor leadership and accountability
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus
• OSHA/Food Safety mindset

💲What’s In It For You
• $65,000–$95,000 base salary DOE
• KPI bonus potential
