What You’ll Do:

• Handle a variety of civil litigation and insurance defense matters

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence

• Attend depositions, hearings, mediations, and court appearances

• Work closely with experienced attorneys who provide direct mentorship

• Develop case strategy and gain meaningful client interaction

• Build your litigation skillset in a supportive, team-oriented environment

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school

• Active bar admission in PA and NJ or NY

• 1–3 years of experience in civil litigation, insurance defense, or related practice areas

• Strong writing, research, and communication skills

• Desire to grow professionally and develop into a long-term contributor

• Ability to manage deadlines and work collaboratively
