Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Concrete Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete construction and estimating, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates for concrete projects
Review project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine scope
Perform quantity take-offs and cost analysis
Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and project managers
Assist with bid preparation and project scheduling
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in concrete estimating or a related construction field
Strong knowledge of concrete materials, methods, and construction practices
Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office
Strong math and analytical skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
