⚖️ NOW HIRING: Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney (3–5 Years Experience) ⚖️

A highly regarded, global law firm is seeking a talented Commercial Litigation Associate with 3–5 years of civil litigation experience to join its Commercial Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice. This is an excellent opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-stakes matters alongside a dynamic and collaborative litigation team.

🔹 Position Overview:

The ideal candidate is a strong litigator who is comfortable handling significant responsibility early, working both independently and as part of a larger team on complex commercial disputes.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Manage cases from inception through resolution
✔️ Conduct factual investigations and client communications
✔️ Draft research memos, motions, briefs, pleadings, and discovery
✔️ Perform complex legal research involving case law, statutes, and regulations
✔️ Take and defend depositions
✔️ Argue motions and appear in court for hearings
✔️ Manage all phases of discovery, including e-discovery
✔️ Assist in trial preparation and participate in hearings and trials
✔️ Support business development and client relationship initiatives

🔹 Practice Areas May Include:

✔️ Commercial & business litigation
✔️ Trade secret and unfair competition disputes
✔️ Construction litigation
✔️ Environmental and land use disputes
✔️ Trusts & estates litigation
✔️ Shareholder and partnership disputes

🔹 Qualifications:

✅ 3–5 years of commercial/civil litigation experience required
✅ Active member in good standing of the Pennsylvania Bar
✅ Strong academic credentials
✅ Excellent legal writing, research, and drafting skills
✅ Experience handling motions, pleadings, discovery, and memos
✅ Ability to manage multiple complex cases in a fast-paced environment
✅ Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
✅ Confident working independently while contributing to a team
