⚖️ NOW HIRING: Business & Finance Attorney (3–7 Years Experience) ⚖️📍 Pittsburgh, PA | 

A respected and growing law firm in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania is seeking a Business & Finance Attorney with 3–7 years of experience to join its dynamic practice group. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys working directly with business clients on sophisticated transactions and corporate matters.

The successful candidate will work closely with firm shareholders and advise commercial clients across a broad range of areas, including mergers & acquisitions, commercial lending, corporate governance, real estate, trusts & estates, and business transactions.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Support and advise clients on mergers and acquisitions transactions

✔️ Assist with commercial lending and financing transactions

✔️ Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including:

• Purchase and supply agreements
• Commercial leases
• Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
• Employment agreements
• General business contracts

✔️ Counsel clients on entity formation, corporate governance, and business structuring

✔️ Assist with tax considerations related to business formation and transactions

✔️ Collaborate with shareholders and clients on strategic business matters

✔️ Build and maintain strong client relationships while providing practical legal advice

🔹 Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania
• 3–7 years of experience as a practicing attorney in a law firm, corporation, or government setting
• Familiarity with entity formation, governance, and tax considerations
• Experience with corporate transactions, commercial contracts, and business matters
•  Strong business acumen and client counseling skills
•  Excellent legal writing, drafting, and negotiation abilities
•  Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
