A highly respected Am Law 200 law firm is seeking a talented Trust & Estates Attorney to join its Pittsburgh team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to work on complex estate planning, wealth transfer, trust administration, and fiduciary matters while growing within a sophisticated national platform.

🔑 What You’ll Do:

• Advise high-net-worth individuals and families on estate planning and wealth transfer strategies
• Draft and administer trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and related estate planning documents
• Assist with estate and fiduciary administration
• Counsel clients on tax-efficient wealth transfer strategies
• Research and analyze complex federal and state tax issues
• Collaborate with attorneys and professionals across the firm
• Manage multiple matters, deadlines, and client relationships

⭐ What They’re Looking For:

• 3–7+ years of relevant Trust & Estates, Estate Planning, or related law firm experience
• Active Pennsylvania Bar admission
• Strong research, writing, analytical, and communication skills
• Experience drafting sophisticated estate planning documents
• Working knowledge of federal and state tax considerations
• Excellent organization and project management skills
• Strong emotional intelligence and sensitivity when working with families and wealth-management matters
• Collaborative mindset and desire to grow within a strong T&E practice
