Senior Commercial Credit Analyst / Team Lead

A growing community bank is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Credit Analyst / Team Lead to join its Credit Administration team. As commercial loan volume continues to expand, including larger and more complex credit relationships, the bank is looking for a proven credit professional who can make an immediate impact while helping develop the next generation of analysts.

Key Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of commercial credit analysis experience.
  • Strong background analyzing and underwriting complex CRE and C&I loan requests.
  • Experience structuring comprehensive credit presentations and recommendations.
  • Ability to identify risk, recommend loan structures, and ensure high-quality credit packages.
  • Experience reviewing loan packages for completeness and accuracy before committee approval.
  • Knowledge of Abrigo software is a plus.
  • Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop junior credit analysts.
  • Experience assigning workloads, monitoring workflow, and maintaining department efficiency.
  • Prior leadership or team lead experience within a commercial credit department.
