Job Description

A growing seed and crop input company is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to develop grower relationships, increase sales, and provide agronomic support across an established territory.

This is a strong opportunity for someone with seed, agronomy, crop input, biologicals or farm relationship experience who wants to grow a territory and build long-term customer partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Sell seed products and related agronomic solutions to growers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, dealers, and ag customers
  • Develop territory plans to grow market share and increase revenue
  • Provide product recommendations based on field conditions, yield goals, and grower needs
  • Support plot days, field days, product training, and customer meetings
  • Track sales activity, customer needs, and market opportunities
  • Work closely with internal agronomy, operations, and leadership teams

Qualifications

  • Seed sales, agronomy sales, crop consulting, or ag retail experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of crop production and grower decision-making
  • Ability to build trust with farmers and agricultural customers
  • Self-motivated with strong follow-up and territory management skills
  • Agriculture background
  • Existing Book of Business preferred
  • Valid driver’s license required

Compensation

$80-140K base + commission/bonus opportunity, full benefits, truck, phone, laptop and more.
