Job Description

A growing and well-respected regional law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney to join its dynamic litigation team. This role offers the opportunity to handle sophisticated business disputes, work closely with experienced attorneys, and take on meaningful responsibility in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategy
• Handle depositions, hearings, mediations, and court appearances
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff on complex matters

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• 3+ years of commercial litigation experience preferred
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
• Experience handling depositions, motions, and discovery
• Ability to independently manage cases and deadlines
