**Tax Senior Manager — Wayne, PA**
Pay: $165,000 – $200,000 + bonus potential
Help build a practice. A nationally ranked, fast-growing CPA firm is hiring a Tax Senior Manager on Philadelphia's Main Line, hybrid with 3 days onsite.
What you'll do:
- Lead engagement teams of Managers, Seniors and Staff
- Act as trusted advisor on strategic tax planning
- Manage engagement economics and profitability
- Advise on complex technical issues and drive business development
What you bring:
- CPA required; MST a plus
- 7+ years of progressive tax experience with review and supervision
- Corporate consolidated, partnership and combined state returns
- Construction, manufacturing, real estate or financial services a plus
