🔧 What You'll Do

As a Traveling Project Manager, you will oversee large-scale mechanical construction projects from inception through completion, ensuring successful delivery on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and manpower plans
• Coordinate engineering, fabrication, field operations, subcontractors, and clients
• Drive project safety, quality, and financial performance
• Mentor and develop Project Managers and project team members
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring successful project execution

✅ What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of Project Management experience within mechanical construction
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent construction management experience
• Strong financial management, budgeting, and forecasting skills
• Experience managing subcontractors and project schedules
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities
• Experience with Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project, or willingness to learn

Preferred Experience

• HVAC construction
• Plumbing systems
• Mechanical piping systems
• Large commercial, industrial, healthcare, manufacturing, or mission-critical projects
