They build a diverse mix of ground-up commercial projects, giving you variety from one job to the next. Superintendent Responsibilities:
- Run daily field operations on diverse ground-up commercial projects
- Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, deliveries and inspections
- Keep the jobsite safe, organized and in line with OSHA standards
- Track progress against the schedule and flag issues early
- Partner with the Project Manager on budget, RFIs and change orders
- Lead owner, architect and subcontractor meetings in the field
- Drive punch lists, turnover and project closeout
Superintendent Qualifications:
- 5+ years of field leadership on commercial projects
- Diverse ground-up commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30 certification
- Strong scheduling, plan reading and communication skills
- Comfortable with construction software and field reporting
Superintendent Compensation & Benefits:
- $115,000 - $135,000 depending on experience
