Production Supervisor – Great Step into Leadership Location: Confidential – established air-control manufacturer

Ready to Move into a Supervisor Role?

If you are a Lead Operator, Production Lead, Line Lead, Team Lead, Senior Operator, or an experienced production team member who has been informally guiding others, this role is designed to help you step into official leadership.

You will lead a small team in a sheet metal / fabrication environment (press brakes, metal components, HVAC-related products), keeping work organized, coaching operators, and helping the team hit safety, quality, and output goals. You will spend your time on the floor, working alongside your team and setting the tone for the shift.

What We're Looking For

• Some experience in manufacturing is helpful (sheet metal, fabrication, HVAC-related work, or similar industrial environment).
• You may currently be a lead, senior operator, or a trusted team member whom others naturally look to for help and direction.
• Strong people skills: you communicate clearly, stay calm under pressure, and balance being fair with holding people accountable.
• No degree required—reliability, attitude, and willingness to lead are what matter most.
