My client recently opened several General Dentist opportunities one being in Tannersville, PA. They offer clinical support with direct one-on-one mentoring to all their Dentist & Specialist. My client allows you to concentrate on your area of expertise, while others manage patient administrative paperwork and office staffing. They strive to hire great people from top to bottom, to ensure efficient flow of daily operations; from the reception area to dental assisting staff. About the Practice 

 

  • In business for over 35 years 
  • Currently (2) Drs. and (4) hygienists
  • Dr. chairs: 3                        Hygiene chairs: 4
  • 90% PPO and 10% FFS 
  • Digital X-Ray system, Trios 3, Rotary Wave One, Overjet
  • Schedule: part-time Monday, Tuesday, Thursday

 

Qualifications and Skills 

 

  • 3-5 years of clinical experience 
  • Ability to examine, diagnose, and treat patients 
  • Highly proficient in all aspects of general dentistry: fillings, crowns, bridges & dentures
  • Endodontic, surgical, and cosmetic dentistry experience preferred 
  • GPR or AEGD preferred 
  • Desire and willingness to continue to learn and improve

 

Compensation 

 

  • Strong minimum guarantee and % of collections
  • Generous CE allowance

Requirements

 

  • Valid dental license and completion of an accredited dental program
  • Proven experience as an Associate Dentist
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and clinical judgment
  • Ability to efficiently manage time and prioritize patient care
  • Dedication to providing compassionate and personalized dental care

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Provide high-quality dental care to patients of all ages
  • Perform procedures, including but not limited to cleanings, fillings, extractions, and root canals
  • Conduct thorough examinations and diagnose dental conditions
  • Create treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs
  • Educate patients on oral health and preventive care techniques
  • Collaborate with the dental team to ensure exceptional patient care and satisfaction
  • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in dentistry and technology
