We're seeking a detail-oriented professional with 2+ years of personal injury litigation experience to support attorneys through every stage of the litigation process.
Responsibilities:
Manage plaintiff personal injury case files from intake through resolution
Draft pleadings, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, and legal correspondence
Obtain and organize medical records, bills, and other case documentation
Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation
Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and opposing counsel
Maintain deadlines and ensure accurate case management
Qualifications:
✔ 2+ years of personal injury litigation experience
✔ Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures and deadlines
✔ Excellent organizational and communication skills
✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
✔ Experience with legal case management software is a plus
