Be the Command Center Behind Life Safety When a sprinkler system goes down or an alarm needs immediate attention, everything starts with you. As our Dispatch Supervisor, you'll be the pulse of our operation, keeping our technicians moving, our customers confident, and our community's buildings protected. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days look alike, this is your role. What You'll Do

  • Run the daily schedule and dispatch technicians for inspections, testing, maintenance, and emergency service calls
  • Respond fast and prioritize smart when urgent calls hit, including impairments, alarms, and system failures
  • Keep recurring inspections on track to meet NFPA and local AHJ compliance deadlines
  • Match the right technician to the right job based on workload, certifications, and equipment availability
  • Be the calm, trusted voice for customers on arrival windows, delays, and job status
  • Review service tickets and reports to make sure the work is accurate, complete, and on time
  • Partner with sales, operations, and billing so every completed job gets invoiced
  • Lead and support your dispatch and scheduling team

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of dispatch, scheduling, or service coordination experience, ideally in fire protection or life safety
  • Working knowledge of fire protection systems and inspection requirements (NFPA 25, 72, 10)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with service management software (such as ServiceTrade, Simpro, or similar)
  • The ability to stay cool and make quick decisions when the pressure is on

Bonus Points

  • NICET certification or field technician background
  • Prior supervisory or team lead experience
