Commercial Construction Superintendent

About the Opportunity

A growing and highly respected commercial contractor is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial construction projects.

This role is responsible for overseeing daily site activities, coordinating subcontractors, driving schedules, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring projects are delivered with the highest level of quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day field operations
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment
• Drive project schedules and maintain project milestones
• Promote and enforce jobsite safety standards
• Conduct site inspections and progress meetings
• Collaborate with Project Managers and project teams
• Monitor quality control and project performance
• Identify and resolve field issues proactively
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, trade partners, and project stakeholders

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience in a Superintendent role
• Experience managing ground-up and/or renovation projects
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, safety, and quality control
• Ability to lead multiple trades and manage fast-paced projects
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient with construction technology and project documentation
• Valid driver's license required
