📍 Greenville, SC- Commercial / Industrial Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent

A growing and highly respected construction company in the Greenville market is confidentially seeking a Commercial / Industrial Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow with a company known for quality craftsmanship, strong leadership, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach to construction management.

The company has built a strong reputation throughout the Upstate for delivering high-quality commercial projects with a focus on communication, teamwork, and long-term client relationships. Their commercial division specializes in adaptive reuse, office upfits, retail, mixed-use, and ground-up commercial construction.

What They’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of commercial and/or industrial construction experience

• Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent background

• Ability to manage field operations, schedules, subcontractors, and daily site activity

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Experience maintaining safety, quality, and production standards

• Motivated, dependable, organized, and team-oriented
