Plant Manager | Food Manufacturing (Protein) 💥
$130K–$150K | Midwest

GPAC has partnered with a well-established protein manufacturer in the Midwest that is seeking a Plant Manager for their Minnesota location.

This is a stable, high-volume operation with a strong team already in place. You’re not walking into chaos — you’re stepping into a leadership role where you can own the plant and continue driving performance.

What You’ll Own:

• Full plant leadership (production, maintenance, QA, safety, HR partnership)
• Drive throughput, yield, and operational performance
• Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and department leaders
• Maintain and strengthen a safety-first, accountability-driven culture
• Partner with senior leadership on staffing, strategy, and improvements
• Ensure compliance with USDA and food safety standards

What We're Looking For:

✔ Plant Manager OR strong #2 ready to step up
✔ Protein/pork experience a must
✔ High-volume manufacturing background
✔ Strong leadership presence — someone people follow
✔ Proven ability to improve performance
