🔥 Plant Manager | Own the Operation | Pork Processing Powerhouse 🔥 📍 SW Minnesota | 💰 $130K–$150K | 🐖 High-Volume Facility

This isn’t a “keep things running” kind of role—this is a run the show opportunity.

We’ve got a 500-person pork processing facility pushing ~4,000 head/day across harvest, fabrication, and packaging—and we need a true leader to step in and take full ownership.

👉 Translation: This is your plant.

💥 What You’ll Be Walking Into:

• A large-scale, fast-paced pork operation (harvest → cut → package)
• 500 employees counting on strong, steady leadership
• Direct line to the President
• A leadership team ready for direction, structure, and accountability

🧠 What We’re Looking For:

• Deep pork experience (non-negotiable—this isn’t a learning-on-the-job situation)
• Proven leadership in high-volume processing environments
• Someone who can own both people + production
• A strong Plant Manager… or a hungry, high-impact Production Manager ready to level up

💰 The Details:

• Salary: ~$130K (up to $150K for the right person)
• Relocation: Open (Midwest preferred, but flexibility here)
• Interview Process: Quick + direct (Plant leadership + executive team)
