FEDERAL CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT

An established construction company is seeking a tenured, experienced Superintendent with a strong background in large-scale federal construction.

This is a long-term opportunity for a proven field leader who can oversee major federal construction projects and bring the experience, stability, and leadership needed to succeed.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• Previous federal construction experience
• Experience managing federal projects valued at $30M+
• Airway/airfield paving experience is required
• Strong ground-up construction experience preferred
• Proven ability to lead large-scale federal projects
• Strong understanding of scheduling, quality control, safety, subcontractor coordination, and project execution
• Stable work history with a consistent track record of success
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to take ownership and operate independently in the field

IDEAL CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate is a seasoned Superintendent who has successfully managed large federal construction projects and understands the unique requirements and standards associated with federal work.
