What You'll Do

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in acute care, swing bed, and emergency settings.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Coordinate patient care with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Respond effectively to emergency situations using sound clinical judgment.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and patient safety standards.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture focused on exceptional patient care.

What We're Looking For

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Dakota or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong assessment, clinical, and documentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to prioritize competing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
