Corporate Partner Desired Background:

• Background in corporate law and securities
• Transactional experience
• An established book of business
• Admitted to practice law in the state of Tenessee
• Strong writing skills
• Experience drafting pleadings, dispositive motion practice, discovery
• A team player with the ability to collaborate in a close-knit environment
