Legal Assistant / Paralegal – Land Use & Litigation Focus

📍 Nashville, TN | Full-Time | Primarily Onsite with Some Flexibility

Seeking a skilled Legal Assistant or Paralegal for a busy boutique law practice in Nashville. While their immediate need is administrative legal support, they are open to candidates with broader paralegal skills—particularly in land use and litigation support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative law firm tasks: invoicing, calendar management, conflict checks, drafting conflict letters, and file organization.
• Case support in land use and litigation: assisting with discovery reviews, drafting discovery responses, and managing litigation timelines.
• Drafting and managing local government land use documents using firm-provided templates.
• Supporting attorneys and associates with administrative and light drafting tasks for active litigation and regulatory matters.

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in a law firm or legal department.
• Exposure to land use or municipal law and general litigation preferred.
• Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written communication and administrative skills.
• Comfortable in an onsite role, though we offer some flexibility.
