Our client is a long-established leader in the commercial signage industry with decades of success delivering high-quality exterior signage solutions for national brands, retail locations, healthcare facilities, hospitality groups, and commercial organizations.
We are seeking an experienced Remote Project Manager to join their team and oversee commercial signage projects from initial award through final installation. This is an excellent opportunity for a signage professional who values autonomy, stability, and the ability to manage projects independently while working with an established organization.
Manage commercial exterior signage projects from kickoff through completion.
Coordinate with customers, sales teams, production, engineering, vendors, and installation crews.
Create and maintain project schedules, timelines, and deliverables.
Track project progress, budgets, documentation, permits, and installation requirements.
Communicate regularly with customers to provide updates and ensure satisfaction.
Identify and resolve project challenges while maintaining deadlines.
Manage multiple signage projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
Ensure projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and according to customer expectations.
3+ years of project management experience within the commercial exterior signage industry.
Strong knowledge of:
Exterior signage
Channel letters
Monument signs
Pylon signs
LED signage
Architectural signage
Multi-location signage programs
Experience coordinating fabrication, permitting, and installation processes.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage projects with minimal supervision.
Experience working with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
