Civil Estimator

We are seeking a driven and experienced Civil Estimator to help build and grow our civil construction capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Estimate full civil/site development scopes (earthwork, utilities, grading, paving, concrete)
• Perform detailed takeoffs, pricing, and subcontractor coordination
• Build relationships with developers, GCs, and engineers
• Develop and refine unit pricing, production rates, and cost databases
• Work directly with leadership to build and improve estimating systems and processes
• Lead the bid process and help turn opportunities into awarded work

Qualifications:

• 2-8 years’ experience in civil/site development estimating
• Strong understanding of earthwork, utilities, grading, paving, and concrete
• Ability to read plans, specs, and perform accurate takeoffs
• Experience managing multi-scope, complex estimates
• Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and production rates
• Relationship-driven mindset with ability to help win work
• Self-starter comfortable in a growing, evolving environment

• Bid2Win
• AGTEK
• Trimble Business Center

**This role has a clear path to Preconstruction Manager / Chief Estimator as the company continues to expand its civil operations.
