**Audit Manager (Hybrid) — Murfreesboro, TN**
Pay: $112,000 – $140,000 + bonus potential
Build toward partnership. A growing Middle Tennessee CPA firm is hiring an Audit Manager to lead its A&A practice as it grows. Hybrid, with Fridays off most of the summer.
What you'll do:
- Plan and manage audit, review and compilation engagements
- Develop audit programs using PPC methodology and CaseWare
- Review workpapers, supervise fieldwork and mentor seniors and staff
- Draft and review GAAP financial statements and disclosures
- Serve as primary client contact and support business development
What you bring:
- 3+ years of public accounting audit experience, ideally with supervision
- CPA preferred
- Construction contractor or nonprofit audit experience preferred
- Strong GAAS and GAAP knowledge
