**Audit Supervisor — Nashville, TN**
Pay: $100,000 – $122,000 + bonus potential
Lead the team. A respected Nashville CPA firm is hiring an Audit Supervisor to run financial, operational and compliance reviews with a small team.
What you'll do:
- Lead teams of 1-3 auditors on financial, operational and compliance reviews
- Tailor review programs and testing to each process
- Assess complex processes, risks and key controls
- Present findings and recommendations to management and write the report
- Train, mentor and evaluate staff
What you bring:
- 3-5 years of financial, operational or compliance audit experience
- Manufacturing or government contractor (FAR/DFARS/CAS) experience a plus
- Strong GAAP knowledge and writing skills
