Relationship Manager – East Memphis - Hiring now!

Seasoned commercial Relationship Manager with 4–6+ years of lending experience and a proven ability to produce new business, grow commercial relationships, and effectively manage a loan portfolio. Strong combination of business development and credit expertise, including underwriting, financial analysis, cash flow assessment, loan structuring, and credit presentations. Ideal candidate brings an established network of clients, COIs, and referral sources and is comfortable being highly visible in the East Memphis market.

• 4–6+ years of commercial lending experience with a proven record of production and relationship growth.
• True business-development role — focused on generating commercial loans, deposits, and full banking relationships.
• Strong credit skill set — financial analysis, cash flow, loan structuring, underwriting, and credit presentations.
• Owns the relationship from prospecting through approval and ongoing portfolio management.
• Community-focused producer who builds business through networking, COIs, referrals, and in-person client engagement.
• Existing relationships, referral network, or portable book strongly preferred.
• East Memphis market — ideal for an established commercial lender ready to grow their presence and book of business.
