Senior Insurance Coverage Attorney

Overview
I am working directly with the owners of a well-established Texas law firm that is seeking a Senior Insurance Coverage Attorney to join its carrier-side insurance coverage practice. This role works closely with the shareholder who leads the group and offers a clear path for long-term growth and partnership within a firm that prioritizes balance and sustainability. The firm is committed to providing sophisticated coverage work within a balanced environment, offering realistic expectations and built-in flexibility.
The salary for this role is market-competitive and commensurate with experience
What We Need
7+ years of carrier-side insurance coverage experience
Deep experience with first-party and third-party coverage analysis and litigation
Ability to draft coverage opinions, reservation of rights letters, and denial letters
Experience handling declaratory judgment actions and related coverage litigation
Proven ability to manage matters from inception through resolution, including mediation
Licensed and in good standing in Texas
Capacity to work independently with minimal oversight
Genuine interest in long-term growth and partnership
