🏗️ What You'll Be Doing

You'll be involved in the engineering process from concept through completion, including:

✅ Designing and developing innovative engineering solutions

✅ Collaborating with project managers, engineers, clients, and multidisciplinary teams

✅ Assisting with project planning, technical analysis, and design documentation

✅ Preparing calculations, reports, specifications, and construction documents

✅ Participating in field visits and project coordination

✅ Contributing ideas that improve project outcomes and client satisfaction

🎯 What We're Looking For

You don't need decades of experience—we're looking for someone who has a strong technical foundation and is ready to grow.

Qualifications:

✔️ 3–5 years of engineering experience

✔️ Passed the FE/EIT Exam

✔️ PE License preferred, or actively preparing to obtain licensure

✔️ Experience within our target market sectors is highly desired

✔️ Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

✔️ Desire to learn, grow, and take ownership of your work
