GPAC is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a large national firm that integrates design and construction. The company is adding a Superintendent and Project Manager - Healthcare, Higher Ed to its team in Austin, TX. This is an urgent, high-priority opening.

The Role

Focus: 8-10 years of experience on healthcare, higher education, or hospitality projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with design and preconstruction teams
• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Own budget, schedule, buyout, change orders and monthly forecasting
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners and design teams
• Lead and mentor project engineers and APMs
• Run day-to-day field operations, safety and quality on site

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience on healthcare, higher education, or hospitality projects.
• Proven record of delivering work safely, on time and on budget
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Procore, Bluebeam, P6 or similar a plus
