Are you an experienced tax leader looking for a seat with partner-track potential? My client is a growing mid-sized CPA firm serving technology, private equity-backed and owner-managed businesses, and they are adding a Senior Tax Manager to their Austin office.

About the Role:

• Lead a book of complex business and individual tax clients
• Deliver planning advice on transactions, structuring and succession
• Provide final review of partnership and corporate returns
• Manage and mentor managers, seniors and staff
• Contribute to practice growth and new client development

Qualifications:

• CPA or Enrolled Agent (EA) credential required
• 8+ years of public accounting tax experience
• 3+ years in a manager-level role
• Expertise with partnership and corporate taxation
• Confident, client-facing communication skills
