Civil Litigation Attorney – Austin, TX

I am working directly with the leadership of a well-established Texas litigation firm that is seeking to add a Civil Litigation Attorney to its growing practice.

This is an opportunity to join a respected litigation platform handling sophisticated defense matters involving businesses, carriers, and insured clients across a broad range of civil litigation disputes.

This is a full-time in-office role, with the potential for hybrid flexibility after ramp-up. The firm recognizes the importance of work/life balance and has an environment that embraces diversity and inclusion. 

The salary for this role is market-competitive and commensurate with experience, with generous performance-based bonuses.

What We Need

  • 3–6 years of civil litigation or related litigation experience preferred
  • Experience handling medical malpractice, professional liability, transportation, or related litigation matters
  • Ability to independently manage litigation files from inception through resolution
  • Experience taking depositions, attending hearings, drafting motions, and participating in mediation strategy
  • Strong written and oral advocacy skills
  • Licensed and in good standing in Texas
