We’re conducting a confidential search for an established and growing engineering firm in the DFW market looking for a Senior Bridge Engineer / PE with 10–15 years of experience.

This is for the engineer who wants more than another title.

The Role

You’ll serve as a senior technical leader responsible for:

  • Leading complex bridge design and rehabilitation projects
  • Structural analysis, design, calculations, and plan development
  • Project oversight, schedules, budgets, and deliverables
  • Client and agency coordination
  • Technical QA/QC
  • Mentoring and developing engineers
  • Supporting business development and client relationships
  • Contributing to the continued growth of the firm's bridge and structures capabilities

You’ll stay close to the engineering while gaining the leadership, client, and business exposure that can open doors to a variety of opportunities down the road.

What You Bring

  • 10–15 years of bridge/structural engineering experience
  • Active PE license
  • Strong bridge design and project leadership experience
  • Experience mentoring engineers
  • Strong technical and communication skills
  • Ability to build client relationships
  • TxDOT experience highly preferred
  • Interest in taking on greater responsibility over time
