I am seeking a Dynamic Veterinarian Duo with an entrepreneurial spirit to lead and grow a thriving successful tow building hospital in the Metropolitan Area of Tyler, Texas. this new opportunity is open to an individual leader or a dynamic duo. It boasts an impressive six-figure salary plus production, significant relocation assistance, and a fantastic equity bonus package valued at $400K for each Veterinarian

Medical Director Compensation:

  • $125,000 – $140,000 (negotiable depending upon experience and medical/surgical/leadership skills)

Associate Veterinarian Desired Qualifications

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree required
  • Licensure in the state/s candidate will be working
  • Ability to show compassion to both pets and their owners
  • Outstanding dexterity in handling animals while performing precise tasks
  • Ability to react quickly and make decisions under pressure about the wellbeing of an animal
  • Strong fondness and understanding of animals
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of animal behavior
  • Ability to use medical technologies during diagnosis, research, and surgery of animals
