About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Personal Injury Plaintiff Paralegal with 5+ years of experience to join a fast-paced, results-driven litigation team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a plaintiff-side environment, can independently manage a caseload, and is comfortable supporting attorneys through all phases of personal injury litigation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a high-volume caseload from intake through settlement or trial
  • Draft and prepare legal documents including pleadings, discovery, demand packages, and correspondence
  • Coordinate and summarize medical records, bills, and liens
  • Communicate regularly with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and experts
  • Assist with deposition and trial preparation, including exhibit organization and witness coordination
  • Track deadlines and ensure compliance with court rules and procedures
  • Support attorneys in case strategy, investigation, and settlement negotiations

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a plaintiff personal injury paralegal
  • Strong knowledge of personal injury litigation processes and procedures
  • Experience drafting discovery, demands, and litigation documents
  • Ability to manage multiple cases independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in case management software
