A well-established and highly regarded Dallas litigation firm is seeking an Insurance Defense Attorney to join its growing team. With over 30 years in practice, the firm has built a strong reputation representing clients across a range of complex matters and offers a stable, growth-oriented environment for attorneys looking to develop their careers long-term.

The practice includes a diverse mix of litigation, including construction, medical malpractice, transportation, and insurance coverage, providing meaningful exposure and hands-on experience across multiple areas.

What You’ll Do

• Handle a variety of insurance defense matters from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery; participate in depositions, hearings, and mediations
• Assist with case strategy, client communication, and trial preparation
• Work across multiple practice areas including construction, med mal, transportation, and coverage litigation

What We’re Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active Texas Bar membership in good standing
• Litigation experience in insurance defense or related areas
• Trial experience or interest in gaining trial exposure is a plus
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills
• Ability to manage a caseload in a fast-paced environment
