Senior Trial Attorney – Catastrophic Personal Injury & Trucking Litigation

We are seeking an experienced Trial Attorney to join a high-performing litigation team handling catastrophic personal injury matters, including a portion of trucking and transportation-related cases.

This role is ideal for a seasoned litigator who thrives in high-stakes environments and is comfortable taking cases from inception through trial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all phases of litigation, including case strategy, discovery, depositions, and trial
• Handle complex catastrophic injury cases involving significant damages
• Manage and litigate trucking and commercial vehicle matters
• Work closely with experts, investigators, and clients
• Serve as first or second chair at trial, depending on experience

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of litigation experience, with significant trial exposure
• Proven experience handling catastrophic personal injury cases
• Trucking or transportation litigation experience is a plus
• Strong deposition, motion practice, and courtroom skills
• Ability to manage a caseload independently
