Senior Project Manager – Mission Critical / Data Centers

A well-established and growing general contractor in the DFW metroplex is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale mission critical and data center projects. This is an opportunity to join a strong team with a significant pipeline of complex work and continued growth in the data center market.

The Senior Project Manager will have overall responsibility for project execution, working closely with field leadership, owners, design teams, subcontractors, and internal operations from preconstruction through turnover.

Responsibilities:

• Lead large-scale data center and mission critical projects from preconstruction through completion
• Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, forecasting, and cost controls
• Coordinate closely with Superintendents and field teams to drive schedule and project execution
• Manage subcontractor relationships, buyout, change orders, and scope coordination
• Lead owner, design team, and project stakeholder meetings
• Identify project risks and proactively develop solutions
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, procurement, documentation, and project controls
• Mentor Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Engineers
• Maintain accountability for safety, quality, schedule, and financial performance

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience preferred
• Proven Project Manager or Senior Project Manager experience on data center or mission critical construction
• Experience managing large, technically complex projects
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, commissioning, procurement, and mission critical schedules
• Experience managing projects from preconstruction through turnover
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
