Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience representing employers in employment law matters, both litigation and compliance
Expertise: Well-versed in FLSA, ADA, FMLA, Title VII, wage & hour laws, and workplace investigations
Bar Admission: Licensed and in good standing with a U.S. state Bar
Agility: Able to balance litigation responsibilities with day-to-day HR counseling across a range of industries
Proven litigation skills—motion practice, discovery, depositions, mediations, and courtroom presence
Ability to advise clients on internal policies, compliance measures, and risk mitigation
Exceptional client communication, legal writing, and case strategy development
Collaborative energy and a desire to grow within a team that supports each other’s success
