Labor & Employment Attorney | Join a Practice That Values Practical Strategy and Real Impact

Are you a Labor & Employment Attorney seeking a platform where your voice is heard, your skills are valued, and your impact is tangible? A respected and growing firm is looking for a forward-thinking attorney with 3+ years of experience to join their team of trusted employment advisors and litigators.

This is an opportunity to move beyond the grind of reactive litigation and step into a role that blends strategic counseling, advocacy, and leadership. If you enjoy tackling complex workplace issues and being a trusted legal partner to employers—you’ll thrive here.

What They're Looking For:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience representing employers in employment law matters, both litigation and compliance

  • Expertise: Well-versed in FLSA, ADA, FMLA, Title VII, wage & hour laws, and workplace investigations

  • Bar Admission: Licensed and in good standing with a U.S. state Bar

  • Agility: Able to balance litigation responsibilities with day-to-day HR counseling across a range of industries

What You Bring:

  • Proven litigation skills—motion practice, discovery, depositions, mediations, and courtroom presence

  • Ability to advise clients on internal policies, compliance measures, and risk mitigation

  • Exceptional client communication, legal writing, and case strategy development

  • Collaborative energy and a desire to grow within a team that supports each other’s success

What the Firm Offers:

  • Competitive Compensation: Salary aligned with your experience and performance, plus bonus potential

  • Robust Benefits: Full medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, CLE support, and more

  • Work-Life Balance: Flexible, professional culture that respects your time

  • Professional Growth: Clear advancement opportunities, business development support, and mentorship

If you’re ready to take your labor and employment practice to the next level with a firm that invests in your future, we’d love to connect.
